Trying to understand complex subjects… one failure at a time.

When I was young, dumb and homeless I got pistol-whipped on the left side of my head (undeserved for that, but well deserved for another – no hard feelings.) I realized after about a year of not seeing peoples faces, I no longer recognize who they are. It’s lonely. The people I still consider friends’ appearances have changed and I don’t have social media. Nobody lives in the same spots. I don’t recognize anyone anymore. I haven’t seen people in about 6 years, since Covid.
