How many will eat my money and make it nearly impossible to relocate? We’ll see… I already gave my notice to leave this apartment. Two children and a mom may end up on the streets.
Also, how on earth is a $290 application fee with first months rent and a security deposit in the same amount as rent, affordable? $50, is one thing. $100, yeah okay. But, $290? That’s why nobody’s rented the place since January. It seems like a scam where the rich rob the poor. I could be wrong though. I’m not going to try to find out.
