Me, still trying to figure out how to sing…
I deal with stress by singing, writing, and creating art. Also, not taking myself and life to seriously, helps. The practice audio is Linkin’ Park’s “Numb,” but covered by Skylar Grey & Tommee Profitt. Part of the recording is me singing along, then I try taking off the training wheels.
