Trying to understand complex subjects… one failure at a time.

My son caught something from the park a while back.

I ended up sick too. It started to settle in my lungs. So… I’ve been singing ALOT to keep my airflow going in all of the areas of my lungs. Honestly, I thought I was going to die from what was lodged in my lung (and rattling around.) Anyhow, I’ve been recording rough sample melodies and a few rhythms. Oh, and I finally coughed whatever the heck was stuck in my lung, up. I am no longer lightheaded, feeling like I’m going to pass out! Whoohoo.

My vitals have been ideals, so I used my own prescription for me:

  • Low-dose aspirin (helps thin blood and lower inflammation)
  • Flintstone Vitamin (a healthy supplement of partial daily nutritional values)
  • Regular prescription inhalers (one contains steroids, it lowers lung tissue inflammation)
  • Singing LONG notes with deep breaths (loosens phlegm and expands the lower lungs – often preventing pneumonia)
  • Lots of scrambled eggs and toast (full of nutrients)
  • Direct sunlight (when the sky is clear – vitamin D)
  • Meditation and deep breathing
