Saute veggies and ground beef together with soy sauce, garlic powder, agave (honey, fruit juice concentrate, sugar, or no calorie sweetener), ground pepper, and a few drops of sesame oil. After the beef is cooked add the noodles. Stir, serve, eat.
***For more protein, add eggs before noodles, add veggies with protein (peas, soybeans, etc).
***Budget stretch hint- use spaghetti pasta or rice noodles. Or plain and simple Rice!!!
